Doctor per patient map of the world

I came across this fascinating piece of art. It is a map showing the ratio of one medical doctor to a number of patients s/he has to cater for. Click on the map to enlarge and check to see the Doctor to Patient ratio in different countries, then decide whether the ratio reflects the quality of care or not.
Tanzania has that ratio at 1:50.000
Cuba leads in the category of fewer patients per one physician.
Quite interesting.
