1. Dial *155*66*123# Select your language (Swahili or English)
2. Identify yourself by entering your Account Number and thereafter you will be asked to enter last five digits of your ATM card plus your ATM PIN number
3. Select your new NMB mobile PIN (your own choice) and re-confirm
4. That’s it – you’re ready to use NMB mobile! Dial *155*66# to start banking immediately!
