Projet: Social Assessment for Integrated Water Resource Management

- Qualification: Degree in Sociology/ Social / Human Resource Development or similar

- Minimum of 15 years working experience including 10 years in the field of water resource management

- Proven team leadership experience

- 5 years experience in social assessment and capacity building of water user associations and/or water management organisations at basin / catchment levels.

- Fluency in English and working knowledge of Kiswahili required

- Working experience in Tanzania preferable

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
