This job's Requirements

• Health professional with masters in public health and/or in health management;
• At least two years experience developing and coordinating health programs in post-conflict and developing countries in Africa, in support to health authorities;
• Demonstrated experience in design and use of project design tools, project management tools, data collection and monitoring and evaluation systems;
• Demonstrated experience in establishing systems to ensure quality of care across different programmatic areas and capacity to adapt health programming in a continuously changing context;
• Demonstrated experience in capacity building of staff, both technical and managerial, through mentoring and team building;
• Experience in working with and coordinating with the UN, EU, US donors, international and national NGOs and government agencies;
