Job opportunity: Regional Manager, East & Southern Africa - GAIN

A job is announced with the following requirements:

Education:
Masters degree or PhD in food science, nutrition, public health, economics, business administration, or a suitable equivalent.

Languages:

• Full command of English.
• Working knowledge in one of the official regional languages.

Experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the region, including in the food industry, and international organizations or private sector.
• Experience in delivering nutrition or food fortification programs in the region.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical.

Travel: Up to 50%

STARTING DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
REPORTING TO: Director, Regional Operations
OFFICE: Johannesburg, South Africa
