IYF seeks an Operations Coordinator in their Baltimore, MD headquarters. Successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager on IYF projects, as assigned, to coordinate all financial, compliance and operational components.

The International Youth Foundation (IYF) is a global nonprofit organization that prepares young people to be healthy, productive and engaged citizens.
IYF seeks an Operations Coordinator in their Baltimore, MD headquarters. Successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager on IYF projects, as assigned, to coordinate all financial, compliance and operational components.
- Bachelor's degree; emphasis in accounting, finance, or related areas preferred
- Familiarity with non-profit accounting and OMB circulars A-110, A122, and A-133 desired. Experience working with USAID desired.
- Ability to travel overseas as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Ability to conduct business conversation in French or Arabic a plus.
