DESCRIPTION
Chemonics International seeks talented, high-performing professionals dedicated to a career in international development. The Entry Level Professional (ELP) Program attracts individuals who demonstrate leadership, versatility, and integrity. ELP professionals participate in a variety of activities designed to develop them into future leaders of Chemonics by enhancing their competencies in project management; new business; technical expertise; language skills; knowledge of a particular geographic region; and knowledge of our client, USAID.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in international studies or relevant technical field
- Minimum two years of administrative work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge or participation in Peace Corps, USAID, or other donor agency activities highly desirable
- Experience working in a developing country a plus
- Foreign language skills preferred
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
- Peace Corps participants encouraged to apply
