Request: A meeting with Tanzania president H.E. Jakaya M. Kikwete

Urgent: The president is scheduled to enter the meeting room at 8:30 pm so please make sure to be there not later than 8:15 pm. If you arrive there early, the meeting room will be available from 7:00 pm.

NOTE: If you still want to attend this event and you haven't emailed me your name and contact information please do so as I am told they will enforce to make sure those who are not in the list do not enter the event.

I am looking for volunteers on the following:

• We want at least two people who would document, I mean take notes during the speech by the president of Tanzania and also during the questions and answers session
• We want at least two people who would take pictures of the event
• We want at least one person who would record a video of the event. If there is anyone who would volunteer to do any of the above tasks please email me personally at iddymtango@yahoo.com
