A meeting with Tanzania president H.E. Jakaya M. Kikwete (California, USA)

The meeting with our president of Tanzania has been confirmed and is scheduled to take place on Tuesday May 19, 2009 at 8 pm in Berverly Hilton Hotel. The meeting is supposed to end at 10 pm. Below is the address of the venue:

Up to now I have received confirmation from 71 people. A meeting room will be reserved based on the number of the people that confirmed to attend, therefore, it's important that you email me your name and contact information if you still plan to attend this meeting with our president of Tanzania. There will be a questions and answers session and we are grouping similar questions so as to make sure we don't waste time repeating same questions. Also we have been asked to bring questions in advance so please email me your questions and once all question are compliled together I will email everyone a list of the questions and the names of the individuals that are going to ask these questions to the president of Tanzania.

The Berverly Hilton Hotel is supposed charge you $10 fixed rate for parking, last month some people didn't know and they ended paying up to $28. You have to mention that you are there for a meeting with the president of Tanzania, I will provide information under what name our meeting is registered so as to avoid paying a lot of money for parking.
