Age Limits for Research Grants in Germany abolished
The DAAD abolished the age limits of
- 32 years for full grant PhD Scholarships and Research Stays of up to six months and of
- 36 years for Sandwich PhD Scholarships in Germany
with immediate effect.
The age limits are replaced by the new rule that the Master's degree must have been completed not longer than six years ago.
