Training Description
Effective training is essential to ensure aid workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they require to deliver successful humanitarian programmes. This course will enable you to deliver training with more confidence. In this highly participatory course you will learn through experience, observation and feedback. Sessions on adult learning, training design, and evaluation will be immediately put into practice as you design and run your own short training sessions.

What is included in the course fee?
The fees include all training and materials, morning and afternoon breaks and lunch on each day. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue, and accommodation if required.
