Training Description
Many NGOs have a security plan, but security incidents continue to take place, and are increasing in number. Safety of NGO staff should not be limited to having a security plan in place. Security should be part of every activity of and everyone within the NGO. This requires the creation of a culture of security. What is a culture of security? What is your legal liability? How to use change management? How to fund the safety of your staff? These and other questions will be addressed 14th May 2009
