SURVEY - Sex (and Sexuality) Lessons, where shoud it be taught?

A friend is conducting a survey on the sex education, and will appreciate if you will take about 5 minutes of your time to respond to the survey. They are trying to find out where most of us learned about sex and sexuality and where we would like our children to learn about it.

In this survey, when they say sex and sexuality they mean the knowledge of our private parts (and those of the opposite sex), their purpose and how they work...where babies comes from and our part in the reproduction and the whole ''sex" thing etc

Please note:
1. The survey is anonymous, no one will know who answered what,
2. You don't have to answer all the questions (except for the 1st three)
3. There are only 10 questions...
4. The survey is programmed to run per computer (apologies for those who share)
