Introduction
The Centre for Public Health Research at the University of Salford (http://www.ihscr.salford.ac.uk/CPHR/) will provide two scholarship awards to well-qualified applicants to the MSc Public Health programme for the September 2009 entry. These scholarships cover tuition fees for either home (UK/EU) students or international students for the whole duration of the programme. Travel and living costs are not covered in this scholarships.

This Masters course provides core skills and knowledge in the field of Public Health and put an emphasis to social determinants of health.

Eligibility and application
The programme is relevant to both UK and international students who wish to develop the skills and knowledge to take a lead role in areas such as prevention, promotion, protection and international health.More details of the course and scholarships available can be accessed on our website:

Deadline
To be considered for the scholarships, applications should be received by the end of June 2009.
