Hospital Reform Adviser, Health Sector Programme SupportThe Hospital Reform Advisor will be placed in the Hospital Reform Secretariat in the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. The advisor will primarily contribute to capacity building in the areas of institutional and organisational development including governance mechanisms, performance contracting as well as other aspects of health systems analysis. As a part of the overall poverty reduction strategy, the aim is to secure access to hospital services for all. You have a relevant education at university level, and solid experience in hospital management, preferably from developing countries. You are fluent in English.
