Team Leader - Expert in Information Technology (IT):

• Supervise the work of the Information Technology Specialists deployed for the assignment and liaise with the PCU, provide reports and presentations.
• Masters degree in information technologies, computer science, data management or equivalent
• Experience in the field of information technology applications and database systems in a management position.
• Presentation, project management, reporting and communication.

Fluent English and Expert in Information Technology (IT): Interpret the needs of the PCU and the Department, understand the existing IT environment, design a central web-based data management system including all features required by the PCU and the Department, install it onto the existing systems, successfully launch it and train all users, administrators on the said system.

• Postgraduate degree
• Fluent English
• Experience in Information Technology and the design of data management systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Information Systems as a tool for knowledge management:
• Databases
• Web-based data management systems
• Project tracking systems
