Human, Organisational & Institutional Development (HID) aims to create for our clients the human, organisational and institutional environment required to maximise service delivery. It concerns those activities associated with changing the behaviour of organisations and the people who work within them. Through the provision of consulting and training, HID assists with the introduction of new ways of working and the development of systems and procedures required to support our clients in improving performance.
Role and responsibilities
High level responsibility for the identification, development and winning of opportunities and the management of projects and delivery of high level technical inputs in the areas of institutional and organisational development or public financial management.

Qualifications, skills and experience
- degree level education, post graduate business or development-related qualification and membership of professional body desirable
- Typically 10 years as an ID/OD or PFM consultant in development project
