TweetThis! Whose house is this? and why?

I have seen these photos before, somebody said they were of a house of a prominent Tanzanian business man of an Indian/Arabic origin. However, a friend (Italian) has sent me a slides document with some of the photos that I had seen before but this time saying they are of a house of the 'current' President of Zimbabwe. I can not attest if this is true or not, but I think some of them are just added in, because it does not sound okay for the same house structure and furnishing and everything to be the exact replica of the other, unless the hired builder and decorator were from one owner were hired by the other owner to built the same thing. Does it mean that, the other owner wanted everything included in the house, just like what he saw in the picture? (supposedly brought to him like a model/showcase).
Oh well, whether it's true or not, I wonder how some people live in such good houses and be happy (depends on your definition of happiness) when neighbors just 100m away are merely surviving. But anyway, that's me it has nothing to do with how everybody else thinks or feels, and such is life.
Opulenza (Italian) = Wealth, Opulence, Richness (English)
