If you purchased a first generation iPod Nano by a qualified seller in the United States and  that your iPod Nano scratched, you could be eligible to get money back. 

Payment amounts depend on the total number of valid claims that are made and that you must have experienced scratching of the iPod nano that impaired their use or enjoyment of their iPod nano.

If you did NOT receive a slip case when purchasing you get $25 back per iPod Nano purchased.

The settlement provides for different payment amounts depending on whether the iPod nano purchased in the United States by a qualified purchaser was shipped with or without a slip case, and also depending on the total number of valid claims that are made.
